Admissions Online

Applications for the 2024-2025 are now closed

Please check back November 1, 2024 for 2025-2026 school year

How to Apply

Applying is easy using our Online Application. Applying online simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their admission.

Create an Online Application
To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account by clicking on Create an Account at the top of the page. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account. Once your email has been verified, you may then start an application. (If you are a current family, you need not create an application account. Please use your Family Portal login to create a sibling application.)

After submitting the application you will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application and track its status.

Start an Application
Once you have verified your email, you can login by following the link in the email or click "Application" tab at the top of this page to login and create a New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account from there and your data will be saved.

Review and Submit
Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be directed to the payment screen. A non-refundable application fee of $125 must be submitted with each application.

Wait Pool Information
If your child meets the admission requirements but no seat is available,  we will offer to place your child in a Wait Pool. When/If a seat becomes available, the most qualified student will be offered admission. If you already have children enrolled in Veritas Academy, every attempt will be made to admit a new sibling.

Special Educational Needs
Since Veritas Academy is unable to provide appropriate educational experiences for children with certain learning disabilities, serious emotional or social problems, or severe physical handicaps, careful consideration is given to each applicant to make certain our program is a good match for the family's needs. If any of these circumstances apply to your child, please contact the Admissions Office to discuss.

School Information Meeting
If you haven't already attended a School Information Meeting, sign up to attend one HERE. It is a requirement for both parents/guardians in a two person household.

If you have questions, please feel free to contact us at 520-576-0427 or admissions@vatucson.com. We appreciate your interest and hope to assist you any way we can.
